Here is a Hanging Basket Bracket I forged from steel, this is a prototype of a large run for Chalk Farm Nurseries.
Finished with a gloss black powdercoat, please note that this type of steel will outlive me even with no coating at all!
Length is 360mm and height is 300mm, width 30mm, 3mm thick flat steel and 10mm round bar. Load: this is substantial, I can hang from these with no bending at all.
UK mainland shipping is included.
Manufacturing time is roughly 1.5hr, including drawing the steel out to size, tapering, bending, forming, riveting and painting, excluding blasting and coating.
